This 60 minute somatic experiencing coaching session is designed to assist you with attaining your personal or professional goals. We will discuss an action plan to help you gain and/or maintain momentum, as well as information on what chakras and other strategies you may benefit from working on to remove blockages and move forward in your purpose.
