Signature Talks and Offerings

Providing keynotes, panel discussions, intimate chats, corporate conversations, meditations, and breath work while incorporating mindful, healing movement brings me great joy.  My work spans across military installations, churches, mental health conferences (Psychotherapy Networker, Black Therapists Rock, Healing While Black) hospitals, parks, retreats, school systems and the therapy office.  Mental health and wellness is my jam.  Sharing my wisdom on healing, wellness and wholeness is my mission.
