Service Description
A 4-Day Experiential Training for Therapists, Counselors, Social Workers, and Helping Professionals This immersive training introduces evidence-informed mindfulness-based practices that can be ethically integrated into clinical work. Participants will explore practical interventions designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, stress reduction, resilience, and therapeutic engagement. Through experiential learning, discussion, and practice, participants will develop confidence using mindfulness-based approaches within individual, group, educational, and community settings. Participants will be able to: Describe research supporting mindfulness-based interventions. Facilitate mindfulness practices appropriate for clinical settings. Implement nature-based therapeutic activities. Utilize breathwork techniques that support regulation and grounding.
